Prior to her time at Matterkind, Hall worked at Epsilon Conversant for 15 years, holding positions such as senior of VP sales and senior VP of travel solutions.

Richman’s departure was seen as a “complete surprise,” according to multiple executives Ad Age spoke with in March. Richman’s exit came around the same time that Mindshare clients General Mills and Kimberly-Clark launched media reviews.
